How I photograph a wedding, start to finish
I do not like surprises on a wedding day, or before one. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the photographs in your hands.

You write to me
Fill in the form or send me a message. I reply as soon as I can, so we can talk about the date, the place and what you need.

We meet
A call or a coffee before the wedding. I want you comfortable with me, because on the day I will be close by. I recommend a casual session beforehand: it is the best way to stop fearing the camera.

You hold the date
A 30% retainer. Then up to two more payments whenever suits you, with the balance two weeks before. Only the retainer holds the date.

The day
We arrive wherever you tell us and document everything. I do not direct your wedding — I follow it. I step in only when it helps.

Editing and delivery
I work every image and upload the full gallery to a private link where you can view and download it. Three to four working weeks.

You choose your favourites
You have two weeks to mark 140 photographs with a like inside the gallery. From that selection I lay out the album and send it for your approval.

Printing
Once approved, the album takes around 20 days to print. If you are in Oaxaca I will let you know when to collect it; if you are elsewhere, we quote the shipping.
